We’re on a mission to make big organizations more entrepreneurial. We spark growth in the way change-makers think and work so they learn to make bold transformative business decisions that impact the world. In the process we help selected startups.
In the EEX Journey program, corporate leaders spend a year growing with a sustainability startup and take that entrepreneurial mindset back to their organizations to make innovation and renewal really happen.
We’re growing and internationalizing (participants all around Europe, USA and Asia). We offer you work that meets your ambitions, offering plenty of possibilities to develop yourself and probably the coolest network of innovative professionals.
Working in a growing startup requires a proactive, flexible, willing-to-learn attitude. There are many tasks and processes that either need to be created from scratch or re-designed as the growth requires.
The work is also fun – mostly because we’re surrounded with the best and most enthusiastic professionals! The network includes 250+ advisors and 50+ startups who have been participating in the program.
💥 Growth Manager (Sales & marketing) (full-time)
Your main job is to drive growth – build and execute effective marketing and sales processes – and engage demanding corporate customers.
Majority of our customers are from Finland & Germany but your task is to create a momentum to engage customers all around Europe.
What helps you to succeed and grow in this position?
► Experience of B2B sales to C-suite leaders – also growth hacking, marketing automation, utilizing networks
► Ability to effectively communicate ideas to senior leadership in English
► Solid track record of internal passion for excellence: you have gotten things done clearly better than what was expected from you, as you enjoy doing things well
► Experimental mindset – ready to build structured procedures
► Sense of urgency and drive to get the job done
► Interest of leadership development, culture and startups
► Knowledge of large European markets, e.g. Germany (DACH) is an advantage
💥 Trainee (part-time)
A unique personal growth opportunity. You will play the key role in executing our processes – and sometimes experimenting wild new ideas. You are able to do your best in Event and Community management, Digital content creation, Startup scouting and Sales.
You are able to work entrepreneurially – that’s why we hope you enjoy exceeding expectations and pushing yourself outside the comfort zone.

Location: Flexible, work will require travelling to Helsinki 6-12 times a year.
